Abstract
The article assesses the possibility of using a problem-oriented information support system for making management decisions based on the processing and analysis of external and internal parameters to determine the conditions that can affect the functions of subjects and objects of healthcare management, and thereby provide a technology (methodology) for changing them.

He has more than 450 published scientific papers, including 66 textbooks, 9 monographs, reference books, manuals, 16 invention patents and 1 computer program registration certificate, on various issues of therapy, cardiology, pulmonology, nephrology, occupational pathology, on clinical problems, course, rehabilitation and prediction of the results of the course of pathological processes (IHD, AH, COPD, etc.).
