Abstract
The article evaluates the need for information on the nature of relations between federal, regional authorities and the local community on the issue of protecting the health of the population living in particularly harsh (extreme) living and working conditions. At the same time, the existing developments in ensuring public health protection in the context of the sociological component require serious scientific substantiation.

He has more than 450 published scientific papers, including 66 textbooks, 9 monographs, reference books, manuals, 16 invention patents and 1 computer program registration certificate, on various issues of therapy, cardiology, pulmonology, nephrology, occupational pathology, on clinical problems, course, rehabilitation and prediction of the results of the course of pathological processes (IHD, AH, COPD, etc.).

Residency: Department of Cardiology Novokuznetsk GIDUV (1987-1989).
