Abstract

Endometriosis is a chronic gynecological condition in which endometrial-like tissue develops outside the uterus, causing various clinical manifestations, including chronic pain, infertility, and other complications. Surgery remains one of the main treatments for endometriosis. However, research shows that the risk of recurrence remains significant even after successful surgery.
