The journal "Mother and Baby in Kuzbass" publishes scientific articles on the following specialties:

3.1.4 - Obstetrics and gynecology (medical sciences),
3.1.21 - Pediatrics (medical sciences)

1. Pre-pressing: it includes scientific editing, bringing the manuscript into line with the requirements of the Higher Attestation Commission (HAC) of the Ministry of Education and the laws of Russian Federation regulating publishing activities, translation into English, syntax and spelling proofreading of the text.
2. Production of the print version: making-up and layout of articles and advertising materials, printing, supplying print journal to healthcare organizations of Kemerovo Region, to medical libraries of RF and CIS and to citizens and organizations by their individual requirement.
3. Production of the electronic journal version: electronic composition of the articles, publication on the journal’s website, loading the articles into the databases of the Scientific Electronic Library Elibrary.ru, the Electronic Library System "Lanbook", the Scientific Electronic Library "CyberLeninka", into international databases such as "OCLC WorldCat", "BASE", "OpenAIRE" and others, ensuring access of Internet users to the published materials.
4. DOI and EDN assignment.

When publishing scientific materials, the journal’s editors adhere to the norms and rules of international publishing ethics, the legal basis for which is provided by international standards: provisions adopted at the 2nd World Conference on the Integrity of Scientific Research (Singapore, July 22-24, 2010); regulations developed by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE); norms of the section "Copyright" of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

COST OF PUBLICATION AND PAYMENT TERMS

Publication of articles in the journal “Mother and Baby in Kuzbass” is free for graduate students, members of the editorial council and the editorial board.
For other authors, as well as in case of non-compliance of the manuscript with the Rules, it can be prepared for publication by specialists of our Publishing House and published for a fee.
The basic cost of publication (posting on the official website, uploading to eLibrary.ru, assigning DOI and EDN) is 5000 rubles.
The authors and subsequent co-authors of the article pay 1000 rubles each for the editorial preparation of the manuscript for publication.
The calculation of payment is agreed with the authors as the manuscript is completed for publication.

In case of the approval of the publication, the author will be sent a certificate of confirming the publication in the "Mother and Baby in Kuzbass" journal. 

After sending the article to the journal, the author receives detailed information about the process of preparing his article for publication (scientific editing, review, layout, etc.). This information is also available in the author’s personal account.

Materials of the journal can be published as soon as they are ready (are reviewed), being added to the maintenance of flow output.
