ЦИТОГЕНЕТИКА РЕПРОДУКТИВНЫХ НАРУШЕНИЙ У МУЖЧИН

Аннотация


Хромосомные аномалии являются распространенной причиной мужского бесплодия. Цитогенетические методы исследования в сочетании с современными вспомогательными репродуктивными технологиями могут в ряде случаев существенно повысить репродуктивный статус мужчин с нарушениями фертильности, а также снизить риск рождения детей с аномальным кариотипом. Рассматриваются различные типы хромосомных нарушений, ассоциированные с мужским бесплодием, обсуждаются их клинические проявления и возможные механизмы влияния на репродуктивную функцию.
