Аннотация


Работа посвящена анализу факторов риска рождения детей с очень низкой и экстремально низкой массой тела при рождении, согласно данным зарубежных когортных исследований новорожденных с различным сроком гестации и весом, представленных в электронных базах PubMed, Medscape. Результаты проведенного исследования продемонстрировали, что возраст, антропометрические показатели, образование, трудовая деятельность, соматическая патология, курение женщины, а также прием различных лекарственных препаратов и спиртных напитков во время беременности ассоциированы с высокой вероятностью преждевременных родов. Таким образом, помимо использования современных технологий выхаживания новорожденных со сроком гестации менее 37 недель, которые способствуют увеличению выживаемости маловесной когорты пациентов, необходимо осуществлять и более тщательный отбор группы женщин с высокой степенью перинатального риска и угрозой преждевременных родов, и оказывать им полноценную превентивную помощь, что позволит предотвратить развитие тяжелых инвалидизирующих заболеваний в популяции недоношенных детей.
