PHYSIOTHERAPY IN THE REHABILITATION OF ADOLESCENTS WITH BRONCHIAL ASTHMA

Abstract
Of the 100 patients with bronchial asthma in adolescents, which was complicated by the violation of a trusting relationship with the physician and the parents, were selected children with psychic and emotional disorder (irritability, tearfulness, headaches, episodes of enuresis). Treatment of children with difficulties of compliance and the presence of psycho-emotional deviations were supplemented by physiotherapeutic method of treatment is transcranial electrical stimulation of opioid brain structures using the apparatus «Transair-01». In the background, and after the therapy in adolescents has improved psycho-emotional state, memory, attention, recorded positive changes in the indices of electroencephalogram, electrocardiogram, respiratory function. Restoration of compliance has contributed to a more objective medical monitoring over the course of the disease.

She is the Head of the Department of Pediatrics and Propedeutics of Children's Diseases, the Honoured Doctor of the Russian Federation.
All of her work is in close cooperation with practical health care. She gives consultations to more than 800 sick children in various hospitals of the city of Kemerovo and region. She developed new methods of diagnostics and treatment for children with chronic bronchial asthma, which helped to create the City Medical Center for Children and a kind of Asthma-school for children and their parents, that is based on the Children's Clinical Hospital №1.Article Details
