Аннотация
Увеличение продолжительности жизни населения, гиподинамия и рост числа людей с избыточной массой тела приводят к увеличению количества пациентов, страдающих остеоартрозом (ОА). Учитывая отсутствие специфического фармакологического лечения ОА, а также рост числа пациентов с коморбидной патологией, возникает необходимость поиска и применения доказанных технологий физической и реабилитационной медицины (ФРМ).
Проведен анализ литературных данных (2000-2025 гг.) с акцентом на рандомизированные контролируемые исследования, систематические обзоры и метаанализы, оцененные по шкале PEDro.
Наукометрический анализ демонстрирует значительный рост числа доказательных исследований по ФРМ при ОА (78,4% работ выполнено после 2005 г.). Наиболее изученными методами являются физические упражнения (52% публикаций), акупунктура (12%), низкочастотная электротерапия (5,6%), ортезирование (5%). Физическая и реабилитационная медицина является экономически эффективным, безопасным и патогенетически обоснованным подходом к ведению пациентов с ОА. Необходимы дальнейшие исследования по стандартизации протоколов и повышению приверженности пациентов лечению.
