Аннотация


Новые технологии открывают перспективные возможности лечения сахарного диабета I типа во время беременности. Последние данные свидетельствуют о том, что всем женщинам, получающим интенсивную инсулинотерапию на ранних сроках беременности, следует предлагать непрерывный мониторинг уровня глюкозы (CGM), который позволяет регистрировать изменения концентрации глюкозы крови каждые 5 минут на протяжении длительного времени. Несмотря на проведенные исследования, сравнивающие терапию инсулиновой помпой с несколькими ежедневными инъекциями инсулина, ее эффективность в снижении частоты возникновения гипергликемии и гипогликемии, снижении уровня гликированного гемоглобина (HbA1), контроля веса и исходов беременности остается неясной. Интегрированная с сенсором доставка инсулина (также называемая искусственной поджелудочной железой или доставкой инсулина с обратной связью) во время беременности, как было продемонстрировано, улучшает время достижения цели и хорошо работает, несмотря на меняющиеся потребности в инсулине во время беременности.
